In accordance with The Privacy Act 2002, Rainbow Bay Corp Pty Ltd, Alexander Property Group Pty Ltd and its consultants agrees to uphold the privacy and sensitivity of any information provided by you, the Client, and will not in any way divulge the said information to a third or external party without your explicit prior consent. Information retained on your Client File will be stored in a secure location and made available to only those personnel directly involved with your dealings. Should your file be terminated for any known reason, the information contained within will be destroyed in a manner as determined under the Privacy Act.
